Decennial Fanfare was written to commemorate the 10 year (and counting!) collaboration between the National Orchestral Institute + Festival and conductor John Morris Russel.  The creation of this work was supported in part by The Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center’s National Orchestral Institute + Festival at the University of Maryland, College Park.
